We provide a calm and intimate atmosphere for you to sit back, relax, and be fully yourself. We want you to feel safe and at home! So come in and take a load off in our waiting room. Your therapist will greet you there at the time of your appointment.

Before your visit, please fill out your new client forms at least 24 hours in advance of your visit. These forms will be emailed to you through your client portal once your appointment has been set and scheduled. Frequently asked questions

Q: What should I expect for our first session?

A: During your first visit we are simply getting to know each other! Each therapist is unique, and it’s important to assess if we’ll be a good fit for each other. We will discuss areas of concern that are bringing you to us, some history, expectations and questions regarding therapy, and the goals you would like to accomplish in our time together. We are discreetly located outside of town to ensure your comfort and confidentiality.

Q: How long and how often are counseling sessions?

A: Frequency of therapy is dependent on you and your needs, but we typically recommend weekly or bi-weekly appointments for 45-50 minutes. Initial sessions last 60 minutes so that we can take extra care and time getting to know you.

Q: Do you provide therapy in-person or online?

A: Here at Rally, we provide both in-person and online therapy. We recommend in-person sessions but are happy to accommodate out-of-towners and those with inflexible schedules, virtually.

Q: Do you accept insurance?

A: Because your confidentiality and privacy are of upmost importance to us, we do not accept insurance. However, if you would like to inquire about potential reimbursement with your provider for our sessions, you may request a Superbill at any time.

Q: Do you prescribe medication?

A: We do not prescribe medication at this time, but our team works closely with professionals in the community who can. We seek to treat you as a whole person; mind, body, and spirit. When appropriate, medication can be a helpful treatment option alongside consistent therapy appointments.

Q: What if I’m not a Christian or or don’t believe in God?

A: If you don’t believe in God, there is no judgement. We believe that the therapeutic interventions learned from your sessions together can be helpful to all who implement them.

Q: We live in such a small town, what if I know you? Can we still work together?

A: It depends! You can give us a call and we can discuss what would make you feel most comfortable - our call will remain confidential. General rule of thumb states that if we are acquaintances or run in to each other from time to time at church or the grocery store, or even if we went to high school together, it would be perfectly fine for us to work together. However working with close friends and family members is not considered good ethical practice.
